I would recommend this book to anyone whether you are Fit or looking to lose weight or to get fit. This book is very inspirational and detailed and what is the most important it is very realistic as it doesn't suggest any drastic or science fiction methods but makes you rethink about the way you live eat and exercise

what is the most important is that you can have a dialogue with an author. You can send him an email and he will respond to you much faster than you think. So it's not just the one way teaching book its a two way conversation that will lead you to the success you are looking for
I loved this book so much that I also bought his other book "Muscle Myths". I listened to the book mostly in my car , and it motivated me while I was on my way to the gym. Great, and useful information! A must read for anyone looking to get lean and build muscle with a healthy and strategic plan.
Best fitness guide
This book has given me all the tools I need to be my own personal trainer. It is better than a personal trainer because it provides you with the knowledge to be able to design your own fitness and meal plans, and then update them without requiring guidance from someone else. So empowering to be able to do it on your own! Your friends will ask how you did it!!!! This book is the best fitness secret!
Classics, history, historical fiction, marketing, Napoleonic stuff and of course 'Boys own Adventure'. This is my bent. Occasional self help as well.
I mistakenly bought this book as I want to lean up a bit then I found out it was for girls. I wanted to return it but the system didn't let me. So I listened on and found out this can apply to girls and guys. Can get a little technical and worth listening to a few chapters over again. I think I need to see the figures, hearing them don't rattle around in my head so well. I am a convert but yet to put Michael Matthews suggestions into practice. Just getting all my ducks in a row before I start. Jeff Justus has the right motivational speaking voice for this type of book and Michael Matthews research stacks up, well the little facts I did check seem to lead me to the idea he has done his home work. Liked the book and now motivated to give it a go.

Jeff Justus read this like he was talking to a twenty something man, not a woman. It felt like what "Maxim" magazine would sound like on audio. Don't you want, strong, sexy, hot, and awesome hotness, lean, sexy, hotness? Well, I am going to tell you how to sexy up your work out... Something like that.
No. This book provides a fundamental concept of resistance training and proper diet and supplements. This is definitely very sound advice. The production just doesn't work for me.
There is nothing particularly new in this book but, it is sound advice. The book definitely sounds like it was written for a man though. Perhaps the narrator is simply trying to "sexy" it too much but, this definitely sounds like it was written for a man, not a woman
Finally! A straight forward, from the beginning, no nonsense description on how to train and get fit. I love the no BS attitude and to finally find a way through the diet and training jungle. This was just what I needed and I feel really motivated to start my new, strong and healthier lifestyle. The book is educational as well as getting you very motivated. Read it!!
