I noticed a definite reduction in appetite from the first listen. I was skeptical, but figured for the low price, what the heck. The downside: time consuming to keep up with the daily relaxation exercises, but it beats the alternative: overeating.
I have been using this for a month. I have consistently lost weight. I have already lost 17 pounds, which for me is nothing short of a miracle. I listen to the recording at night before going to bed and again when I first wake up in the morning. I have been setting my alarm an hour early in order to listen to the recording. ...but so far so good. I have been changing my eating and exercise behavior for 8 weeks and this has been on of my tools. It seems to work well, I play in the background when I am working on paperwork and I don't seem to get the "munchies".
My favorite subliminal self-help for weight loss tool so far. The narrator has a nice, soothing voice, and it's easy for me to listen to. I listen to the whole thing as I'm falling asleep (usually make it about halfway through before dropping off), and then I listen to the last chapter (ocean waves and some nice paino music with subliminal messages) while I work, or read, or whatever. I only wish there was a way to put the last chapter on repeat so I could have that going in the background all night, or for a long period of time without needing to restart it every half hour.
used it for 3 weeks..n dont know if the recording helped me loose weight or motivated me work out harder..but i reached the target weight i wanted to ..2 weeks later than my intended date..but in all honesty..i did loose weight..works:-)
It sucked. Doesn't work.
It would have helped if there were more talking & less music.

"A Problem with the Music"
I recently bought this title and was looking forward to the help it might bring but ran into an unforeseen problem: the music. I'm sure the suggestions were all very helpful but the music was so badly composed and so amateurly played on an out of tune piano that I couldn't relax and I couldn't even finish the recording. There is no way I could listen to it again!! So, be warned, unless you have NO musical ears at all, avoid this recording.
