I have NO time to read so Audible is perfect! I listen while commuting and even at the gym. My interests vary from month to month.
I am not reviewing his tips just the book its self. He just discussed the handout for the most part and explained some of the must do's for this 3 week almost starvation (800 cal) diet to get ready for an event. It wasn't really what I was looking for but now I know.
