I am very glad I got this book. I think it started a bit slow, and could have skipped the first 1.5 hours which is more about the authors personal story. But some might like the background stuff.
I am fairly self educated on healthy clean eating, and think what I heard here is solid and quality information. I think every-one, in the world, could benefit from the information provided and practicing the cleanse and re-balancing of the digestive system.
I googled the book and see he also has some You Tube videos, check them out first to see if you like his style. He also has a website selling a supplement program, but I was able to get enough info out of the book to design my own, since I dont live in North America I have to make due with what is available to me here.
All in all, a good book and worth a listen if you are looking to improve your health in a very real way.
This book was very interesting. He describes issues I have been having for years and explains in relatively simple terms what is likely causing it. I'm going to try the program and see if it helps.

The reader was difficult to understand. Also, additional scientific background would have been helpful. For example, the author states that eating many different foods in one meal houses fermentation in the gut and then proceeds to advise on which food should be consumed together. Why do certain foods ferment? Why do they move through the gut more slowly?
Yes, life changing.
This book is a breakthrough in health! Loved it! It's made me so much healthier and happier!
Wish every book were written like this one. Easy to "digest", comprehensive, amusing but most importantly, Alejandro reads to all audiences (no need to know about medicine to understand his work)
I found this book to be extremely clear, easy to understand and I loved the fact that the author puts emphasis on understanding the triggers for deviating from your goal.

It's a lot of the authors story . Very little knowledge shared which is a shame since the author sounds knowledgeable. It feels like one of those books that people create to promote their work and make the book because "they need a book " . You're better off reading the book the paleo code or something worth more substance
The information in this book may very well save many people's lives. All one has to do is just apply it to their lives...as far as eating goes.
I had an interest in how the gut plays such a big part in our overall health and this book goes into exactly the extra level of detail I was looking for.
I'm keen to see how implementing the changes suggested will work for me.
"Worked for me better than paleo/AIP& GAPS"
Although the guiding principles of this book are similar to the paleo diet, the additional supplements recommended within the book and the vast array recipes (which actually taste good) I think makes this a must for those who are not seeing the results desired on other diets.
I have been paleo for 3 years and within the the 3 weeks of this diet plan I have made more progress than I have the last 3 years. Very happy
