Yes, unfortunately there really isnt much difference between this book and all other books that scream that one should eat clean and organic because the body can't tolerate gluten and processed food and those food with high additives. Its very interesting yet not something that I havent already heard.

Whether one is ready to undertake the 3-week clean, Alejandro Junger gives a detailed description of why he decided to learn about nutrition and its effects on disease. He is compelling to take the 3-week clean and make it part of an annual habit. I was very satisfied with his message, narration, and explanations of each topic.
He has a lovely accent and clear english way.

The author does a great job of explaining a very complex topic. Even if you don't adopt his program, you will learn a lot about how to improve your health.
Junger has a pleasant voice and his passion and compassion really come through in his reading. Also, he just "gets it." He knows what it means to be a healer - to have an open mind, not an ego. His knowledge and experience is very well rounded, and he boils it all down to a really simple, flexible program. One of the few folks I've come across that I agree with on most points.

Most of the audio book was review for me, so sometimes I got a little bored. I like to listen to it when I need to get refocused on my health. I wish I could view the .pdf file on my phone, but I wasn't able to. The recipes are okay. I haven't tried them, I just follow the same principles when I'm making my own smoothies.
