Took me 30 years to learn this!

Wish I learned it sooner! It's been the biggest help to my body so far! Easy to understand and gives options on what you can do with your body. The knowledge in this book is top notch!

Makes a lot of sense

I have been lifting weights for years and the points he goes over make a lot of sense. I wish I would have checked this book out sooner. I'm only a few weeks into his program and can see the positive changes already. Also, I love that cardio only takes me 10 mins now and is more effective! Definitely worth the 10 bucks.

Love it

This is on par with Starting Strength, but includes a ton more information about nutrition, supplements, and has a well defined plan to follow for long term improvement.

This isn't for well seasoned body builders, but it's been an eye opener for someone like me who has been reading up and trying to build muscle on my own.

NEW IRON CHAPEL BIBLE

this is a great book. i have kept Arnold's book in my Iron Chapel (home gym and Army gym) since i started lifting in 97, and now i have to retire it for this book. calm down! i mean no offense to Arnold, The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding is still there and Ive actually bought multiple copies to give out and leave for soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. but i consider it the old testament now and this is the new testament.
back to this book. its great, a lot of science i know, but read through it and it will review and simplify everything and the end of each subject, don't worry. if you are unsure about some of the material then look it up and be sure. don't just jump on board. but I'm sure you will find mike has done his research and his information is solid.
now read it and go lift!

please fix the issue with the bonus report links

the book seems good and I will start putting it to use soon to see the results. I have been trying to get the bonus report and the video link to demos. People shouldn't have to personally email you to get what they paid for and to suggest that doesn't seem right. I hope I am wrong and that you really stand by your product and are not just looking to sell quantity vs quality.

Content Excellent, Narrator Eh!

the content is excellent and the material easy to understand, explained very well, however the narrator is annoying as fuck! guy sounds like he's straining his voice to make it sound deeper. just bc the subject is about men working out, building muscle, and losing fat doesnt mean you need to have a hard voice, much rather listen to a female narrator than this goof.

i am currently putting the authors theory to the test. as an ectomorph whos been lifting for over 14 years and tried much to build muscle i have decided through this book to go back to the basics. we will see what happens.

i definitely agree with the author about the supplement industry, but i gave up on them a lot quicker than most people do. common sense will prove most these supplements through experience are marketing spin.

considering his follow up book. really enjoyed this book thus far, however if there is an audio version and jeff justus is the narrator, im gonna settle for reading than listening. the constipated voice is worse than being down wind of a sewage factory.
