International Best Seller

If you want to get bigger, leaner, and stronger without steroids, good genetics, extreme dieting, or wasting ridiculous amounts of time in the gym...you want to listen to this book.

Because here’s the deal: Building lean muscle and burning stubborn fat isn't nearly as complicated you’ve been led to believe.

This book is the shortcut.

And guess what?

  • You don't need to: Spend hundreds of dollars per month on the worthless supplements that steroid-fueled bodybuilders "swear by." Most pills, powders, and potions do absolutely nothing.
  • You don't need to: Constantly change up your workout routine to gain lean muscle in all the right places. Muscle building is much simpler than that.
  • You don't need to: Waste a couple of hours in the gym every day grinding through grueling workouts you hate. In fact, this is a great way to get nowhere.
  • You don't need to: Slog away at boring cardio to shed ugly belly fat and get a six-pack. In fact, you probably don't have to do any cardio to get the body you really want.
  • You don't need to: Obsess over "clean eating" and avoiding "unhealthy" foods to get ripped. Instead, you can get and stay fit eating the foods you love.

Those are just a few of the harmful lies and myths that keep guys from ever achieving the lean, muscular, and strong body they truly desire.

And in this book you’ll learn something most guys will never know:

The exact methods of eating and exercising for gaining 10 to 15 pounds of lean muscle like clockwork...and it only takes a few months.

The bottom line is you can get that "Hollywood hunk" body without following a boring, bland "bodybuilder" diet or living in the gym.

This book shows you how.

So, click the “buy” button now, and begin your journey to a bigger, leaner, and stronger you.

Good, informative listen

I liked the fact that there was a lot of scientific evidence to back up the Author's points. The bonus report was super helpful in helping me create a new strength program. Evem though the book is geared towards men, I still found a lot of principles apply for women.

Great Book

Great book full of insight and tips. He does a great job on clearing up frequently repeated gym phrases like “no pain no gain” and the whole light weight heavy rep crap that has never worked for me. At times, I feel he goes over board explaining research and theory o prove his point which made book longer then required. First book I’ve read of his it will not be my last!

Great info

Every book in this genre has some good information. This one is different because of the relentless drive of scientific fact rather than pet theories. Highly recommended

Good, Solid Information

Would you listen to Bigger Leaner Stronger again? Why?

Probably not, but I did buy a hard copy for future reference.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Bigger Leaner Stronger?

I thought the section on diet, nutrition and supplements was very well done. Researched, practical and put some things in perspective for me regarding clean eating and a balanced diet.

Which scene was your favorite?

There are no scenes in this book. This is an overview of an exercise program that takes a holistic approach regarding diet and supplementation. The author emphasizes heavy sets with compound movements. In my view this would benefit any athlete looking for a competitive edge but some listeners may want to adapt the approach a bit. As a runner and Spartan Race participant I need to do some sports specific exercises that promotes mobility and movement. I decided to incorporate some of the ideas into this book into an approach my trainer and I discussed and it has worked out very well.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

This is probably the best overall book I have read recently that describes a no nonsense approach to exercise, lifting, diet, nutrition and supplementation. For this reason only I recommend the book so readers can get an idea of either how to begin a strength training program or enhance a program they are already on. Recommended reading for the amateur athlete.

Any additional comments?

I realize that the author has a well web site where he sells additional books and supplements, and I read this book with that awareness. He is a businessman and I respect that. I do not think it got in the way of him passing along good information, that helped me with my own program. There is a lot of information in this book, and I believe there is something for everyone. This includes beginner, in intermediate and advanced athletes. I enjoyed the book overall and recommend it.

I've shared it with friends and family! Oh, the audio version is perfect for me because my job has me driving a lot. I've listen to the whole book twice already!

Really good info, however

The book is full of really good info.
However it’s really hard to listen to, the Author reads like a robot.
It’s hard to stay engaged in the book.
I have listened too over 150 Audible books, and some times the reader is not very good, this is one of them.
I’ll stick around for the really valuable information, but I can not recommend the Audible version of this book to friends and family.
