I am an avid listener. I listen between 75-100 hours per month on my iPhone: 60% fiction to 40% non-fiction.
Way too technical and boring. I couldn't even get through it on 2X and a triple shot of espresso. I had high hopes but alas, this was not the book for me. I'm not saying the content is bad, rather, it is inaccessible because of narration and style. Listen at you peril.
The belly fat breakthrough. Basically this book talks about the most effective exercises for losing belly fat, and it also talks about the most effective diet.
