Must read for grieving spouse particularly widower

I found this book most helpful in normalizing all that I am feeling, now two months after my soulmate passed.
I would recommend most beneficial if started no earlier than three weeks after spouse passing to identify fully and incorporate carpe diet.

If you are grieving or have experienced loss, listen to this book

I recently lost my wife. I found this book extremely useful to help me understand my grief and how to navigate my way through it. As the author so clearly states, grieving is a journey without a precise destination or itinerary. Grief will always be with you. You experience different feelings, all or any of which can come back to you at any time. But in the end you learn to live with grief, and come to peace with it.

In this book Dr. Wolfelt gives 100 suggestions about how you can deal with your grief. Some may apply some may not. Pick and choose what works for you. At the end of every suggestion he gives an action that you can take right now - today - to help you in your grief process.

I purchased this as an audiobook but also ordered a hard copy to give to a friend in my grief group. I highly recommend taking the time to either listen to or read this book.
