Halloween Kills!

I enjoy reading movie novelizations to use my imagination to decipher any differences between the book and movie. This book did a great job of setting the mood and being “The Empire Strikes Back” in tone of the Halloween sequel trilogy. Bronson Pinchot did a fantastic job narrating and you shake your head thinking that voice was once Balki Bartokomous!

Obsessed

This novelization was even better than the movie. Its strength is the different perspectives it allows for. The orator is very talented and the dynamic way he presents the different characters is masterful; instead of embracing different voices he uses tone, prosody, and cadence to differentiate the dialogue. I also appreciated the differences between the novelization and the film.

Good but.....

This was a good adaptation to the movie. but them changing certain aspects kind of bugged me. some parts were more understandable with this adaptation filled some gaps of the movie. love the narrator. his voice fits the story. but that's just my opinion 🤷🏾‍♀️

The book is better than the film

I am a die hard halloween fan but this novelization was 10/10 the tone and pace and Tim Waggoner was "Chefs Kiss"

glorious read. the whole book was a fantastic

the explanation and exploration of the character was great. the only detractor I had had was David Gordon Green said Michael, the Shape was not supernatural. with the film and the novel...The Shape had to be supernatural.

Garbage movie. Book was okay. I really liked the details of the killings. Lacked true imagination.

Great book had very good details when describing things,

The plot of the story was really great at first until I reached the closing chapters. It is still interesting I just didn’t like how it ended.

Book vs Movie

The book was much better than the movie! although, the movie was very close to the book, must have been the actors that messed it up lol.
