Unexpectedly Pleasant
This story starts off very strong. The lyricism and flow caught me quite off guard. I do not know what I was expecting from this short listen but I think it’s very well written. I recommend this if you have a few hours of empty space to kill.

Fantasticly Eerie
Absolutely loved this book. One of the very best ghost stories I've ever read. It's told from the ghost's perspective allowing the reader access to the spirits thoughts. The Japanese culture made it especially intriguing and enticing. Better still was the performance of the narrator. She gave me chills with the delivery of certain passages. Definitely plan on hunting down a (hopefully hardback) copy of this for my shelves.

Loved it:) Listened to it in one day.
Wonderful ghost story. I’m not very familiar with Japanese culture and really enjoyed this brief window into it. It made the story unexpectedly unique for me. It was well written, scary, and gruesome. Perfect Halloween story!
