This is s short but very effective set of mindset principles that everyone can benefit from. Worth every penny.

this book doesn’t have any filler. it gets right to the point, which i like. the author’s confidence and energy comes through. it’s nice that the author also read it. seals are two per-centers, but he makes his experience and training relatable and human up to and including preparing to have a baby. he is right that the being a winner mentality is getting lost in the everybody gets a ribbon world we live in. i will listen to this again. hats off to the author for his service and for this book.
