Classic hot alien romance
I love it when a romance writer doesn't take themselves or their chosen trope too seriously and this just hits the balance perfectly. There some great laugh-out-loud moments, some sizzling-hot moments (literally and figuratively), and the world-building was fun and silly.
I look forward to more from this author.

Different Planets With Similar Problems
Earth has gone through a war which has pitted the sexes in a struggle and the ability to have children at risk. McKenna is a scientist on a space ship working towards some resolutions
Brash, from another planet, is exiled as a Royal from his planet, a result of the inequalities between the sexes and resulting war.
McKenna and Brash meet when he saves her life, and the struggle to understand and accept the male female balance begins
Well written and excellent works building that drew me in. Stronger but compassionate males (not all) and strong and intelligent women
Excellent narration and kept me involved and visualizing the story
Looking forward to the next book as the last chapter introduces to a new struggle with the sexes

Hated the female character
The book was okay but I hated the character Mckeena. She is supposed to be an educated woman, a scientist, yet she is so stupid and can never make up her mind. She goes back and forth so much and misses the obvious. Make up your mind already! She says she is so independent and can take care of herself yet she is always needing rescue.
