The book as EPIC, LEGENDARY, MASTERPIECE, the performance not so much.

I would love love love to have the book redone with 2 narrators. Seriously don’t be cheap, 2 points of view, 2 voices.

Wow in a good and bad way.

Reading it, the book is certainly hot. Listening to it, not too much. The book basically consist of all sex scenes. Not necessarily a bad thing but not much of a story either. This is one of those gay for you type of books that escalates way too quickly to be realistic. I gave it the 4 stars because I was still interested in the story. I don't recommend listening to it though.

Well written sex scenes, a little bit too much. Very emotional perfomance that either gives or take from the story. Overall, a good waste of time, for the lonely nights.

Sex, Sex, Sex!!!

I don't know how the books in the Romance package on Audible get rated for steaminess but this is way off! it's rated as "sweet" but it's seriously a porn fest. Not that I'm mad about that at all, but the sex is detailed and in damn near every chapter. Sometimes the same sex scene goes on for multiple chapters. it's extremely erotic. I liked the story. I liked the character development but I think the use of sex as a conflict resolution technique got a little old. Its a 13 hr read-- there was a LOT of conflict. Also some great tenderness and vulnerability. This story is written in the pov of both main characters and is not split up by chapters so paragraph to paragraph could be either one's pov which is jarring and sometimes confusing.

Shannon's narration was brilliant. Very enthusiastic! Every breathy moan, excited groan, heavy sigh, his inflections and emphasis on the more climactic moments were conveyed well. Great job!

Good in general

The narrator is decent but tends to make the sexy moments not to sexy because he starts shouting the lines. The story is pretty good, but I think it’s a little dragged out at certain points. Overall I would say it’s fun if you’re looking for a good time.

pure sex

Everything about this was sexy. The characters, buff as they are, and their abundance of sexy times throughout the whole of the book... Logan was pure sex on a stick and he brought that factor onto every agonizing moment of this book, those moments between Tate and Logan as well as Logan being the person he was, whilst taking all that he wanted.

This story was purely focused on the characters and there wasn’t much plot to it, I’m not mad at that, but I have a feeling that although I love everything about this book, I don’t see myself continuing throughout the series, because one book would’ve been enough…right?

I am truly not ready to start the next book and see the interactions between Tate and his family as well as how it is probably going to change the way he’s seeing his relationship with Logan. I just don’t want him to go back into his head and F up what they’ve already established.

Oh what am I saying, I truly love these characters and I especially love these characters together so, I will probably certainly pick up the next audiobook at some point in the near future. I even enjoyed the parts with Robbie, Cole and Rachel, ( if their names are spelled differently, sorry, I listened to the audiobook).

The narration is perfect. This is the third time I am listening to the series. Totally addictive
