Loved It !!!

Ths is th first book I have listened to by this author, but it will not be th last... I can't wait for the 2nd book in this series to come out... At first I was not expecting much of ths book... But then I was captured by Violet, she made me laugh, and broke my heart and made me cry and cry again.... I think we all have a little and some of use a lot of Violet in us... I could very much relate with her insecurities and low self esteam.... Tracey Warren will now be an author I keep an eye on for new books...

Slow But Good

The book started out slow and I found myself losing interest in the beginning but I persevered and I'm glad I did. I think that if I had been reading it instead of listening to it I would have given up but the narrator had a good voice and portrayed the characters well which kept me going through the slow beginning. About halfway through the book I became interested in how the characters would resolve their difficulties and began to enjoy the story. I would have given the story a higher rating if it hadn't been for the ending I didn't like Violet's last deception I thought it was a bit silly and it frustrated me that she would have done it. But over all it was a good story and I enjoyed the minor characters enough to want to download the rest of the series.

I hate it when I get invested in a book and then recognize it is frustrating me to listen. Too...trite, meladramic, etc.

Sweet and well done

This is a great romance. Narration is well done and compliments the story. Good twists and turn in the story and well developed characters. Worth the credits :) Enjoy!

Wonderful Story About Twins

I can't say enough, how the story piqued my interest till the end.

And I give five stars to Bianca as the superb narrator for bringing the story to life. I love to venture another of her work as well as the author. It seems I have found my new favorite books to venture later on.

What did you like best about this story?

This was waaaay better than I thought it was going to be. I could not stop listening.

Which character – as performed by Bianca Amato – was your favorite?

Adrian, the Duke. She captured a British peer's subtle humor and sometimes obtuse mannerisms in her portrayal.

If you could take any character from The Husband Trap out to dinner, who would it be and why?

The duke and his mama. Sounds like fun and I'm dying to see what this guy would look like in person. His description is fab. The twins-- not so much.

Any additional comments?

The writing is very good and draws the listener into the plot. It's written in a very tight style where the action takes place in but a few places, not overly weighed down with descriptions of clothing and residences and other characters. The focus is really on the perspectives of the main characters and I loved how you were inside of their heads; listening to their thoughts, fears and concerns. Well done. I gave it five stars because it was truly enjoyable.

Great Story

I liked this story it had a little of everything in it. The narrator did an excellent job.
