The opportunity to tour Israel came at a good time. For months, my life has been a mindless plodding through necessary routine, as monotonous as an all-night shift on an assembly line. Life gets that way sometimes, when nothing specific is wrong but the world around us seems drained of color. My weekly worship experiences and daily quiet times with God have felt as dry and stale as last year's crackers. I'm ashamed to confess the malaise I've felt. I have been given so much. Shouldn't a Christian's life be an abundant one, as exciting as Christmas morning, as joyful as Easter Sunday?

LOVED IT!
This was a beautiful story. I cried, laughed and cried again. Very heart-warming with some good "life lessons". Ruth Ann Phimister is won of my favorites as well as Lynn Austin.

EXCELLENT book!!
Lynn Austin writes the most interesting, dynamic, and wonderful books I have read. It is truly a blessing to read each of her books. 'Hidden Places' will make you laugh, break your heart a little, and then make your heart soar. Lynn Austin is a treasure.

This story is so powerful! I love listening to it! Hidden Places is a must read or listen! I would recommend it!
