Great book. For anyone struggling to understand what is emotional intelligence, this is the book to explain it. This is a great book for both an introduction to what emotional intelligence is and a pretty comprehensive overview as well. It covers a lot of material and offers tips on how to improve in different areas, but you'll need to do work outside of this book to see the most benefit.
