As they try to keep the witnesses safe, Ashaki, the new ADA who is assigned the butcher's case, is kidnapped and tortured. Can Jake and his team find her in time to try the buthcer's case and put her away for the crimes she committed, or will the butcher escape and continue to grow her criminal empire in Avalon City?
