Very Engaging
This book provides insight into aspects of the lives of trans women and the many complexities of their decision to transition, including family issues and dating. Erin is definitely someone to root for. I always need someone to believe in, in any book I read or listen to.

Gave me a put me in their shoes perspective
I’ve known trans people and specifically bipoc trans people face discrimination and worse constantly. The author and narrator bring this painful truth to light. I understand this does not sound like a high rating review. This book is excellent at taking the reader through what felt and rang true. I highly recommend reading it

“Truly”, a Pleasant Surprise! A Good Listen!
I think I liked it mostly because the the author makes a statement just by telling a decent story!
I would say it would make a fine move…But honestly, I don’t think that without a narrator with this caliber of presentation it would have the same impact! Let alone what’s lost going from book, to film! I think it is talks to a broad audience! My only regret is I wish it were longer! All the same… to Thumbs Up!

Excellent narrator! Great story
The story is fantastic. Had some great turns that made it a super quick read/listen. The narrator is outstanding and enhanced the experience vastly. Will seek other books written by the author and recorded by the narrator.
