Very Good, already applying info

Very good information and easy to apply ideas. This book will make you healthier as the ideas are simple but still motivating. Great presentation of basic truths of the topic. I wish there were more books that are this motivating tjat speak this plainly on diet nutrition and excercise.

Just as perfect as Alcohol Explained

Succinct, educational, non-biased and easy to incorporate into your life immediately. This is a must have. I'll be listening to this every once in a while for a lifetime. Thank you, William Porter, for another amazing book.

Truth!

I agree with every word. Willpower is not needed to make healthy food choices. By understanding what your body needs and how great it feels when you make healthy food choices you will no longer crave processed food.

Very interesting and informational

Very good read! Learned a lot and will likely listen to this book again as there is a lot of good information that will take time to sink in. I would recommend this book to anyone curious about diet and fitness. This has already and will continue to change my eating and exercise habits.

Amazing book!

I started my weight loss journey about 7 months ago & I’m down 44 lbs. My riding instructor recommended this book to me a few weeks ago & I thoroughly enjoyed it! There is a lot of great information here that I found incredibly helpful for the next stages of my journey. I highly recommend this book!
