Good audiobook

I was diagnosed pre-diabetic, so decided to try this diet. Although it was a rough diet to follow, it is the only one I have tried in which I didn't gain all the weight back right away. good audiobook

This book has excellent instructions.

It explains how to eat healthy in stages. People tend to think weight loss and healthy eating come overnight. Well we didn’t gain it all like that and it’s not going away like that. Don’t we wish.

A great eye opener!

I had heard of the Dash Diet in the past, but had never really looked into it in that much detail. I’m very happy that I listened to this audiobook, I had never really recognized how much sodium I was consuming on a daily basis. This audiobook definitely opened my eyes and taught me about the health benefits of the dash diet!

A useful guide forever.I'm inspired!

LOVE this book and diet. Extremely easy to listen and it provides actual real life meal plans that are easy, simple, don't require a bunch of out of the ordinary specialty ingredients, and most importantly the GOOD food!!!! It is a lot of food & prep work each day, but it's good healthy food. A lot of salads, but easy to make. This is now a staple in our family and our new food lifestyle.

To live well, know the Dash Diet

Interesting to learn to my surprise the Dash Diet has been the number one diet for years now. Gone are the benefits of limits to fat and large bowls of pasta to make way for health fats and produce with limits on carbs.

Great Intro to Dash Diet!

The Dash Diet for Beginners was perfect for anyone just starting out. The book was detailed enough to give ample support for changing dietary lifestyle while maintaining simplicity. As someone who is new to dieting, I was afraid of being overwhelmed, but this audio book did not disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, informative guide to dieting!
