Love this book! Great little book with so much information inside which is easy to understand and relevant for beginners or the more experienced.

Great audiobook

This is called a beginners guide but I think it is a lot more complete than that. He goes into how to pick and prepare your own chakra set. How to cleanse balance and align your chakras. Also how to activate your chakras with crystals. I really can't think of anything else you could want to know.

Good starter book

I bought this as a gift for a very tuned-in 10 year-old. She loves it and has listen it from audio to audio! It's a good first crystal book which has a crystal finder grouped into colours, and introduces the concept of chakras and crystal grids.
