The author was very thoughtful of beginners by explaining the chakras and the Crystal in a simplistic manner. The author was also careful not to overwhelm the listener with more information than they can handle.

This was a wonderful book.

I bought this book to go along with the Chakra stones I purchased. Very informative and will get you started on your journey to understanding the Chakras. This was a wonderful book for myself whom I consider to be a beginner on this new journey. I appreciate the exercised all well as the explaining of the different chakras and what they are for.

Short, sweet, and simple.

Short, sweet, and simple. It gets down to the basics if you're foreign to Chakras and I'd say a good beginner book to see if you're interested in getting more in-depth with it or not. This book helps out a lot when trying to use your crystals and to understand how to meditate.

For a beginner, I was looking for an easy to listen but informative book. That is it. The only thing I would add is that there are no images in the entire book, just text. Our body's energy very well explained what it is and how it works. Chakras also explained well on what they are and what they do, how they can need help being balanced and why!
