Really helped with my anxiety
This book is a great well thought out scripture-based audiobook. It really used scripture as a base for everything which gave me reassurance that what this book says is what I need to do to get my anxiety under control. Sometimes when I am feeling anxious I just put this book on in the morning or in the car and it really relaxes me.

Uplifting scripture affirmations!
These affirmations are perfect to have on hand to help through the rough patches in life. The scriptures chosen for this audiobook are encouraging, uplifting and gives hope. I especially liked the calming background music that went along with the affirmations. Highly recommend if you need help to stop overthinking, lower anxiety, and trust in the Lord that all will be done according to divine plan.

It gives relaxation and hope by the word of God!

This audiobook helps so much!
I struggle with anxiety, and to fight it I listen to either worship music or scripture. Doing so just calms me. This book was something I needed. The verses calmed and reaffirmed me. If you struggle with anxiety this book will be extremely helpful to you. Great book!

It’s very motivating!
I haven’t listen to Christian affirmations before and it’s different than other books that I have heard before. This book reminds me of my beliefs because sometimes life is so hectic and sometimes you forgot about your beliefs. Actually it’s good for motivation when someone is feeling overwhelming, or have anxiety. If you have anxiety and no one to help you or talk to, should listen to this book.

An enthusiastic and inspirational listen
I was pleasantly surprised to discover the content of Christian Affirmations. I am not particularly religious, so this was a little daunting at first. However, I enjoyed the enthusiastic narration and story telling, which grabbed my attention from the very start. I like that the excerpts are specifically targeted toward reducing anxiety and promoting personal growth. This listen is filled with inspiration to better oneself and our circumstances, whatever they might be. I highly recommend adding this one to your audio library!
