What a great way to control anger triggers!

I found this book to be beneficial. This book has you dig deep into yourself and analyze who you are and why you respond the way you do. Understanding your triggers, where they stem from, and how to recognize when it is happening creates space for a choice in our reactions. I love that this audiobook covers the root causes , recognizing what causes or triggers your anger and ways to manage it and let go of past cycle trauma.I found this book to be beneficial.
It is a good value with all of the ideas included in the book.Super informative, and I think it's going to help a lot. Anyone raising little people knows how hard it can be to regulate our emotions daily, let alone have to cope with constant curveballs and surprises life throws our way. I recommend this

Great book

I think every parent can benefit from this book even if you don’t think you have an anger management issue. As parents we all know how hard it can be to manage our emotions on a daily basis.

The book helps you to dig deep to analyse your behaviour and then gives you some great, practical strategies to help build a happier home and nip your anger issues in the bud.
I found it super useful for recognising my triggers so I can avoid it turning into an explosive situation.

THE HARRIED PARENT'S GO-TO SOLUTIONS!

What a tremendous resource this great audiobook is! Back when I was parenting, there were several ploys and attitudes in this book that would have been helpful in my evolution as a good, patient, and loving dad. If you have kids, no matter how many, then you simply must have this book. It will save you a world of heartache, guilt and recrimination, while improving your stability as a person and as a family. Very highly recommended!

Well done book on a tough subject!

Well done! To put it simply… for a parent to ultimately realize that “I was responsible for their anger” spoke volumes in the way that you attacked this subject. I Will remember this book!

Insightful

I found this book to have a lot of good ideas and things a parent can work on to improve the relationship they have with their child. I found that not everything in the book related to me but I do think that managing your anger as a parent is important and lets face it there are times when it is hard to keep your cool. I found this book to have some effective strategies toward working on that!

Helpful listen!

This author not only got to the heart of the matter (controlling anger) but also discussed how outbursts negatively affect children. It's a good reminder that our actions have consequences and there are tools, like "Anger Management Secrets for Triggered Parents" to give us help and guidance.

When you think you know your limits…

Excellent resource not only for the parents, also a lot of relatable pieces of information that will make you reconsider, analyze and modify your behavior. When you think the others are the problem… this book opens your eyes. Also an excellent resource for the therapist and social workers!
