When it comes to systemizing your business and implementing accountability programs, this is THE book to read up on.
The E-Myth, Built To Sell, and Work The System.. All books are aimed to structure any company to become more effective and impactful
Mostly when it was covering the accountability systems to keep everyone on track and held accountable
Seriously, regardless if your company/organization is small or big, this will help you take control of everything and have a clearer path to success
Most of us know what we need to do to take our company to the next level. This book gives us the framework and it is very easy to follow. Kudos to the authors.
I've read almost all of the top books written about building teams, scaling out organizations, building culture, etc. (Rockefeller habits, start with why, good to great, etc. ) and this book tops em all by far.
I think the system is really good and well laid out. Somewhat repetitive and would probably be more useful with me hard copy of the book. But otherwise enjoyable and useful.
There are a lot of books out there that cover the same topics. This is one of them.
There was nothing in here that I hadn't heard before but I like the layout of this one better than most. I definitely liked it better than Scaling Up.
I wish the format matched the timeline in Get A Grip because t would make the two books very easy to work hand in hand with. I think Get a Grip did a better job of making this seem realistic and doable.
Worth a listen but you probably want the hard copy to go along with it.
The experience and discipline of the author is shared at a level I am grateful to have found. I have no doubt this book of concepts is exactly what our business needs to flourish and be fun.
the book is well thought out and provides all the necessary tools to get started. I can think of many businesses I have worked with in the past that would benefit from such a book.
"Wish someone had told me of this years ago!!!"
Business will be a whole new ball game with this system at your disposal. Easy to adopt and implement and the results are so powerful. Your life will actually change for the better.
Because it is a process driven system the material is dry
The reader is monotone and this doesn't enliven the content
The EOS is a commendable system and worth implementing
"outstanding information, will be buying the book"
jam packed full of systems and methods to apply to your book I quickly realised I wanted to write everything this down but in the end just listened through and decided I'd buy the book. honestly I'm not even going to buy the kindle version, I'm going to buy the paperback because I want the information on paper. before you buy the audio book or papepr book you can check on the Eos worldwide website for a bunch of free resources but they mostly won't have context without the book.
