With a new foreword by Ken Blanchard.
The original, best-selling blockbuster which has transformed businesses worldwide.
The blockbuster number-one international best-selling phenomenon is back...not that it ever really went away.
This easily read story quickly demonstrates three very practical management techniques: One Minute Goals, One Minute Praisings, and One Minute Reprimands.
The One Minute Manager also includes information on several studies in medicine and in the behavioural sciences, which help readers understand why these apparently simple methods work so well with so many people.
The book is brief, the language is simple, and best of all...it works.

"entertaining and valuable"
Easy to finish.very valuable message to get across.must be listened more than once.proudly recommend it.
Is a wonderful book , especially when you need to learn the management basics.
Highly recommend , highly effective information.
"Quick look at goals and feedback"
a very quick review of goal setting and feedback
the principles are sound.
natation is a little corny at times but not annoyingly so
"A must read!"
I learnt so much from this book which can be used at work, at home, in fact in all of life. Thank you for this book.
The best self development tool I have invested in. I was sceptical because the one minute manager was already published and I wondered how this could be helpful. But now I am so glad to have listened. Thanks!
This book directs you to very useful tips on constructive methods of man management. Highly recommended.
"Simply Terrible. Summary of book could be 1 page!"
The whole book is basically burried under a condescending fictional story thats used to try and get the message across.
You will soon start to hate the characters and the constant statement "He's quite a guy isnt he?"
Basically sounds likes the lead character is having a physical relationship with his fictional staff.
If you have to base your theory on a fictional story/business/people and world without using evidence based conclusions then this belongs in a childs book shop!
Just write a summary of your theory and where its worked and be done with it.
irritating stories, badly updated from the original and just lacks really good advice for the 21st century. I planned sharing with my staff when I purchased this, but after listening to it I will have to find something that is much more helpful for the modern day.
A real no fluff insight in how to get the best out of your staff without having to listen to hours and hours of filler content.
The One Minute Audiobook applies its own rules... Great
