Great Book!
Easy to follow and totally agree with everything he says. I have been investing now for 3 years and I am so happy that I have had many of the fundamentals that are mentioned in this book, and picked up so much more information. Highly recommend listening to this book if you are thinking about getting into real estate or are already in it!

This book gives clear, to the point and easily comprehensible information about real estate investing. It captures real estate investing in such a way that makes the reader feel like stepping into the arena of real estate is attainable. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is interested in investing in real estate and doesn't know where to begin. It's a great starting point
