Great info, Not the best editing
The information is well thought out and put in an easy to digest format.
The editing could use some work. There were multiple spots that would repeat, make a pop noise, or cut off. This isn't hard to fix and takes away from the level of care put into the book itself.

Sheds much light on the business of flipping homes
Loved the details of a flip from start to finish. I have a rental property and wanted to get onto the business of flipping property to build cash to buy more rentals for passive income. This book takes you thru a deal from start to finish. Very detailed.
