Better than I expected

When assigned to read this I was expecting this to be quite boring. I must say it is most interesting read for an assigned graduate text I have ever read. I purchased the book and audible version to help me finish quicker. But now I going back to just read my hardback on my on own. Lots of interesting and useful information!

Stories of leaders

Interesting stories of leaders. But I did not find concept itself too new. I wanted to know more of implementation tips.

Good leadership book.

The first few chapters were really good. once it gets into the details of different traits it gets a little dry for listening.

Author narrated!

A few of us are using this book as a guide for our learner support team at the elementary school where I work. It is helping us to understand & utilize our collective strengths to better meet the needs of the students we serve.

Better as a reference book than an audio book.

The readers are terrible performers, which makes already dry material pretty rough. The material is top notch but I feel it would be better served as a reference book opposed to reading front to back. The second half of the book is a different reader, bit better but again, better as reference material.

Great psychological insight to leading your team

The strengths finder test and report are spot on and insightful. Great for your whole team to to read for a better understanding of everyones strengths and how to use that knowledge to take your team to the next level. Also a great hiring tool to find the best qualified candidate according to the strengths needed for that position or strengths needed to make your team more well rounded.

An excellent leadership guide

This is possibly the best leadership book I've read. Well structured, with a vast array of strategic and tactical options for how to be a better leader. Highly recommended.
