    "Great book on leadership"

As a fairly new director (2.5 years) and the last of the Gen X, I found this book particularly useful in helping me understand the differences between different generations. Very useful to manage up, down and across. Highly recommended for newly promoted managers

I learned that I have turned into my parents :) and this book has helped me understand and better appreciate my kids and the millennials I work with at a deeper level. This book provides practical tips and techniques to bridge the gaps to help produce high performing teams. A must read for managers and coaches!
