This is a Absolute Gem of a book on marketing. Bernadette challenges all of us who own businesses to question and improve the way we market. What she says makes sense, and is a roadmap for how we should be working with our clients. Over and over she provides examples of the importance of stories for our marketing.
This is an Audible book that will stay on my iPad for a long time - I will listen to it over and over and get new gems out of it each time I do.

Bernadette gives off a great vibe verbally which makes it great to listen to while on the treadmill.

I bought this right after finishing the sample via kindle. I got the book and read straight through. It is probably 3/4 highliighted. I want to and hope that the new color highlighter now works because as I listen I want to be reading and catoragorize the highlights by subjection of importance perhaps emotion. I have to listens and read again perhaps. It is so simple that it is complex. After I listen then I will come update my review and rate the performance.
This maybe one of the most timly books for our times and an immediate classic. I do not praise books with this enthusiasm. I do give books high ratings I love books and critize only when they are unbearable. Because we all haven a sorghum to tell snout anything. This is your guide on how to name it authentic. This book in my view speaks directlhto my career as a. artist muse, teacher, CEO, business model developer, empath, writer, award winner of artististic and creative type awards, published poet competition winner laurette status.,life lover, writter and soon to be book author.

If you write if you teach if you are an empath if you are bloghing about anything be it your life or art, history or health it matters not. This book is relative to anyone that has story to be told. Even.a bio on the net ANYWHERE. It will help you to improve that. This books teaches you how to tell a story and you know these things already most likely but not but have not thought them through as the author has. To receive the information herein my advice is relax and obsorb! This book makes you think of things you haven"t or gives you a new way to look at them. Or haven't ever put it to such great thought. It is written well with no extra words. Its a fast good read and very motivating. I will rre-read this again.and again and I will listen often i assume as well.
I am a person who did not read untiil adulthood. I am an advid reader now for 25 yrs about. I could not put this book down. I dare to call it profound yet simply stated. I reccommed this highly.

"Great examples, but little facts"
I picked this book as a starting point I my research for my dissertation. Well it is very inspiring and a good, enjoyable read, with nice anecdotes, but not quite scientific enough for what I wanted.
Still I recommend it to anyone who's curious about marketing, it's a very simplified cut-down version of reality. Narration is a bit dry, but she has a sweet voice, which makes it easy to listen for hours.
