Learning the difference between a sponsor and a mentor and what each can do for you.
I did not like the narration. Audio books are better received when the author and in this case authors read the book.
I am only just over halfway done but wanted to publish the review in case anyone else wanted to get it. You should. I have not read a large number of books on this topic but I think it's was great. As a women leader you can't read enough the experience older women have and pass on. Most importantly it's current and relevant.

I appreciate any feeding for bringing out the leader in me, giving more fuel to aid my professional endeavors and advancements. However, I am in the public service field and had to leave some of the advice alone.
I enjoyed this book a lot - research-based and filled with stories, it was great insight into how women are leading right now and how we position ourselves to lead in the future.
Life long student of life.
This is a good first listen as I venture into leadership books geared towards women.
There are many stories shared here to offer advice on key leadership qualities.
