I have owned rental properties for 7 years so have some knowledge and experience in this area already. This is an excellent book specifically for buying and holding properties as rentals. One of the best I have read/listened to so far. Anyone that is serious about getting into Real Estate should use many sources for information and learning on an ongoing basis, there are other good books out there and a lot of resources available if you look. You can always learn something new and if you only pick up one new good idea that makes you a few thousand dollars then a $25 book and a few hours is well worth it.This book focuses more on the act of finding, evaluating and buying rental properties, good how to information, not so much about managing properties or being a Landlord and dealing with landlord tenant issues and that is ok because I am not aware of any claims by the authors that this is a landlording book, this is a book about buying rentals as a business and investment. "Landloring" by Leigh Robinson is a great book for more nuts and bolts of actually being a landlord. Hold and Landlording together would give someone a good education if they are new or experienced already.I really enjoyed and highly recommend all three books by this company, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, Flip, and Hold. All very good and went over a lot of the actual how to information and RE strategy.
It was a very educational book that helped to encourage me to buy more rental properties and helped answer a few questions I had that was unsure of but now feel much more comfortable with.
Buy this and all the other books by Gary Keller's company that interest you. As mentioned above I have read all three on this subject and liked them a lot and am planning on rereading them once a year along with a few other really good books.

The Wolf of Rental Properties
Provides way more detail than Keller's first book (How to be millionaire real estate investor) and is very informative. Provides sample worksheets and many figures to view while listening. So far this is the most valuable audiobook on real estate I have listened too yet.
Nuggets of gold information throughout this book. Worth the read or re-read. Online handouts are available for free and help to diagram and supplement the audio book.

If you already have rental property, 50% of the book will be refreshers that you probably already know. It's littered with good nuggets and tons of practical applications. Good deep dive on leverage as well as a good formula for anything from sniff tests to full modeling.
An amazing step-by-step on guide for real estate investment using the buy and hold strategy. It covers all the steps in pretty good detail from initially looking for investment property and analysis all the way through acquisition, managing the investment and tenants and expanding the real estate investment portfolio. I feel all the tips and info are useful and practical and planning to put them in practice sooner than later. There is a lot of info from this book, luckily I also have the kindle version to jump in quickly for reference. All in all an amazing book I would recommend, especially to those trying to get started into buying and holding property and looking to increase cash flow.
