I really enjoyed the real-life situations and Real Estate Millionaire's Club anecdotes that helped make practical applications of the information presented in each chapter.
By breaking down the step-by-step process of renovating houses to flip, the book was able to categorize and simplify a topic that can be very overwhelming, especially for first time renovators.
He reads well, but I actually enjoyed the woman's voice even more when she would read the anecdotal stories between chapters.
I laughed a few times, when I could totally relate to some of the crazy things that happen during renovation projects.
This is a must read for people who are serious about renovating houses.

This book is excellent and is a great value. It also includes online resources for the diagrams and pictures that are in the written book. The book gives you check lists and how-to format for nearly every detail. There might be a better book for flipping out there, but I haven't seen it.
Save your money! This book takes 4 ounces of knowledge and delivers it in a 16 oz glass. They actually have a moment in the book where - to help deliver a message through role play, they have one character rub another character's shoulders. I could not believe what I was hearing. You would learn more by speaking to anyone who read a brochure about the subject immediately prior.
Lots of info, in detail, of what it takes to flip a house. Brings up a lot of points many beginners wouldn't think about until it was too late with lists and diagrams in a corresponding website. Great book!
