"With its third updated edition, Co-Active Coaching remains the bible of coaching guides. Written with a powerful, distinctive approach, no other book gives you the tools, the skills and the fundamentals needed to succeed in these delicate relationships." (Stephen R. Covey, best-selling author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People)
By far some of the best material I've ever listend too on coaching or counseling. listened to countless launchers from experts from all over the world and the way this is put together and organized is truly great I highly recommend it.
I did not enjoy this narrator. His voice made the material very textbook-y. however, the content was outstanding.
Great overview if you are thinking of becoming a coach. Even if you are not planning to become a coach this book will improve your life with new skills and approaches.
I really enjoyed this book and it's supplemental materials! It's a great tutorial for beginner coaches as well as a solid tool for seasoned coaches.
I am a nutrition coach and trainer and found this so helpful. From the big picture of framework down to sample client conversations, so helpful!
it's a little dry at parts but how exciting can you make being a coach. Definitely has some great content. highly recommended for anyone who's entering the coaching business.
This was one of the worst books I've listened to. The majority of the book is the reader having a conversation with himself as the coach and coachie! Very boring and hard to stay focused on this one.
This book has some sound and practical advice on coaching. Worth listening to this book if you want to become a better coach.
