Great book I read for my Masters Class
The book was very simple to understand and digest. I would listen on my way home and to work for school and the voice was easy to listen and not tune out. Really would recommend this audio book if you need to read the book for school.

Good coverage of many topics w/ ref to read furthe
Great book covering many topics for life coaching. Love the additional references for further in depth reading on specific topics (of other authors, not up-sells). Some of the references I recognized and agreed it was an excellent reference so I look forward to the other ones they mentioned.
