ABA in the Workplace - Yes!

I work an as RBT in the field of ABA and it was so awesome to hear behavior management terminology we implement in this book! It is an evidence based practice that you can apply anywhere in your life, and this book did a great job of visualizing that for us. I recommend this for any business owner or manager who has employees.

Fun, Some Scientific Inconsistencies/Inaccuracies

Interesting book. Some of the information was inaccurate, but a decent listen nonetheless. It seems the author was shaky on descriptions of reinforcement/punishment. Using some examples of punishment while describing them as "negative reinforcement." There was a bit of a section speaking of "identifying reinforcement/negative reinforcement," but the "checks" he was analyzing seemed to fit in more with different reinforcement schedules "fixed interval vs variable interval... etc." So, I think that whole section was actually a little off base. So, a fun little overview book for laypersons, but I would exercise caution in fact checking the material if you are using this to supplement graduate level studies of behavioral analysis.
