Our most commonly held formula for success is broken. In The Psychology of Money, award-winning author Morgan Housel shares 19 short stories exploring the strange ways people think about money.

Publisher's summary
The Slight Edge is a way of thinking, a way of processing information that enables you to make the daily choices that will lead you to the success and happiness you desire. Learn why some people make dream after dream come true, while others just continue dreaming and spend their lives building dreams for someone else. It's not just another self-help motivation tool of methods you must learn in order to travel the path to success. It shows you how to create powerful results from the simple daily activities of your life, by using tools that are already within you.
In this 8th anniversary edition you'll hear not only the life-changing concepts of the original book, but also learn what author Jeff Olson discovered as he continued along the slight edge path: the Secret to Happiness and the Ripple Effect.
This edition of The Slight Edge isn't just the story, but also how the story continues to create life-altering dynamics—how a way of thinking, a way of processing information, can impact daily choices that will lead you to the success and happiness you desire. The Slight Edge is "the key" that will make all the other how-to books and self-help information that you read, watch and hear actually work.

Wouldn’t it be even better if there were a way to treat people fairly and get treated fairly in a negotiation? Split the Pie offers a new approach that does both—a field-tested method that reframes how negotiations play out. Barry Nalebuff, a professor at Yale School of Management, helps identify what’s really at stake in a negotiation: the “pie.” The negotiation pie is the additional value created through an agreement to work together.

Big start, bottoms out, then big finish
This book is far superior to Atomic Habits. This is book is among the top 5 most influential books I’ve read in the last 3 years. It starts off with a bang, the concept is easy to grasp instantly, the book then lulls in the middle and becomes hard to get through, but boy am I glad I got through it because it ends in a bang.
It’s so good, I bought the hard copy along with this audio book which I do for only the highly respected books. This is so I can continue to jump to the most relevant parts to my life at the time.

One small step repeated over time
The simplicity of daily actions lead to long time results. Over time, the choices we make and the actions we take set us up for success or failure.
The challenge is deciding what it is we really want make the decision to go for it then put those decisions into action.

Best book I have ever read
I have read so many books trying to get myself better being healthy, wealthy, happy and more! This is the one that is going to make me change! Knowing what I learned in this book is amazing. Like start small with a penny. If you aren’t going up you are going down. Don’t beat yourself up for getting into a funk. Just remember everyone goes through it and know you will get out of it. Make a plan and don’t worry if it doesn’t work out just keep putting one foot in front of the other and be happy you took action.
These are little excerpts buy and listen to this it will change your life for the better

Reverend Anne Lewing
Thank you Jeff . I got my first copy of the Slight edge in 2015 when I first got my kit with Nerium a little over a month after my husband’s passing. I read the first 5 chapters then moved to our home that my husband and I were 8 days away from signing on it took me another 6 months to buy it. With the help of this audio book I have finished it. I am still a brand partner with Neora. But with my new found knowledge I hope to make it work more successfully. Yours truly
