excellent for calming down and feeling control

the narrator has an excellent voice. This helped me feel calmer when ill and having difficulty breathing. It helps when you are hyperventilating. I've done this meditation numerous times and always find it useful

Rejuvinating session

it induced a peaceful and relaxed state prompting into sleep and I awoke refreshed anew!

Best help for sleeping I have ever had

I am usually a very good sleeper but during these stressful times my sleep has been more difficult to find. I have used this meditation many many times and it only failed to help me sleep once. It knocks me and my wife out very early and we are very curious what is said later in this meditation because we never heard it. I like the voice and the background sounds. What more can I say. It just works!

Great Night Meditation

The narrator has a perfect voice. This is so relaxing. Resenters me, leads my brain into vs random thoughts and allows me to have a restful nights sleep.

Learn to Relax

This book was recommended to me by my Physical Therapist who specializes in nerve pain. I have been amazed by the results. I will be listening to this book over and over. It helps me relax and thereby reduce the severity and/or length of my muscle spasms, occipital neuralgia, and other issues stemming from degenerative nerve disorder/disease.

The best way to relaxed sleep!

I set the timer to 45 minutes, and turn down the sound, turn off my ipad, and set it just out of reach when I am lying down. Usually I am asleep long before it ends! Also great aid if you are awakened in the middle of the night, and want to go back to sleep.It helps focus away from worries or physical discomforts. The sound track is very soothing.

Was great until my husband walked in

And then I was back to stress and wide awake. Damned man disturbed my calm.
