Lot of information

Good info, lot of info about blood sugar control that's not talked-about by medical professionals.

Enjoyable, Concise Yet Comprehensive

The author presents a great deal of information on diabetes but goes straight to the point, avoiding a lot of boring tangents. The advice in the book is valuable because it is not tainted by drug company propaganda.

Good info, hard to listen to.

There is a lot of valuable information in this book, but listening to it is very much like listening to a textbook. If you are used to listening for pleasure, this will take some getting used to. Thank God for chapter breaks and skips!
