Hot Modern Fairytale
This is an improbable story, but it is so well written you want to believe it could happen. If that’s not a modern “fairytale “ I’m not sure what is.
A handsome financial “prince” rides up to rescue a woman in trouble (although broken, she’s no damsel) leading to a night of passionate sex both will never forget.
There are more villains trying to destroy their happiness that they must fight together, while sharing more hot passionate sex.
All of this shared drama and chaos, mixed with more hot passionate sex, leads to loving hot passionate sex and a possibility of a happily ever after ending.
I’ve listened to books that had erotic themes before that was not as well done as this. I would have possibly preferred a duet read as Mr. Cole does male voices very well, but female……not so much.

When a book is written from the heroine’s perspective as much as this one is, 2 narrators would have made it a much better listen.

Decent predictable story. Narrator ruined it!
story was nice enough, your general HEA with a little drama in between. narrator's voice didn't work, he sounded like he should have been reading Christopher Robin in Winnie the Pooh. I just couldn't get into love scenes in Christopher Robin voice, yuck!

Narration was tough to get through
Story line was OK. Nothing great but not horrible either. The narration was challenging though. from whiny to high pitched to slow it just did not capture the personalities of the characters for me. Probably would have been better with a male and female narrator
