Love this book! Dr. Molly flexes her Next-Level understanding of optimized health. While the book is the first bio-hacking book written for women (About time), it is for everyone. We love our mothers, G-mas, sisters and daughters and want them to sparkle as brightly as possible. Mitochondria: Wow! Dr. Molly is part of inspired movement telling a new, more expansive story in real-time inviting us to rethink all previously set limitations.

She shares hundreds of actionable tips and strategies in a non-dogmatic fashion supported by science. Highly recommended! And so gosh darn glad she read the audiobook too :)

As we age, pain may feel like a non-negotiable. I can tell you from personal experience it is not. I have been biohacking my own health for the past two years due to back pain, nerve issues and menopausal issues like constipation energy and sleep and through using an Apple Watch and a CGM, cutting out alcohol and learning how to eat for stable blood sugar, All of my health issues are resolving slowly but surely. I’m 58 with no meds despite family history of high cholesterol and blood pressure.

This book sums up everything I’ve been doing and provided even more ideas for me to take it to the next level. Dr Molly explains the science behind health and makes it possible to take our health into our own hands with practical actionable steps that WILL get results!

So great. I will be referring back to all my notes as I coax my body into its fullest functioning version and live the long healthy active life of my dreams!

Guys perspective here -- I listened to this book to see if it was worth recommending to my girlfriend and my sisters, they all read (or listen to) a lot less books than I do. I've seriously gone through 2,000+ audiobooks in the last 20 years and this book covers all the essential health information that every woman should know.

Now I can recommend just this book rather than 10 or 20 other books. Excellent work Molly Maloof!
