Very helpful

Excellent tools for recovery, experienced guidance, this book offers the tools and guidance of live therapy. If you’re looking for motivation to heal and start a new chapter in your life this book is for you. I listened to it all and bought the hard copy for highlighting ideas and helpful tools. It provides you with a greater understanding of what is really happening, and what could happen if you either make the bad choice of continuing to consume alcohol or quit alcohol.

Enjoyed the authors approach.

I have a certification in this field. This is one of the best books on this matter. I like the approach and narration made it easy to understand.

Great Book!

This book really helped me to understand my addiction and tips and tricks to help control it. I know this is something that seems impossible to control but thats why I love this book. Its not a typical "Abstinence Only" book. It can be that if you'd like of course but it also give you a lot of tools to help reduce and maintain at a low level. When I started this book I drank fairly heavily every single night. I read this book about a year ago and am now just getting around to reviewing it because I listened to it again on Audible. I went from drinking every single day/night to now I have a beverage only socially every few weeks and have done this for almost a year. Thank you for this book!
