Three weeks before Christmas, the little town of Chug Water in Wyoming Territory is stunned by a brutal crime. The mayor's family has been slaughtered in cold blood on their ranch outside of Raw Hide Butte. A true Christmas Miracle in Wyoming
I liked this book. It was a little different then the other William W Johnston Christmas books. I felt bad about the family in the beginning of the book. Smoke, Matt, and Sally was able to wind their way through the story in a nice way. As usual, Smoke and Matt were around for when the bullets started to fly.

Frontier Christmas
This is another good book in the Christmas series. This one is more about Duff. Duff goes out hunting a couple of outlaws that killed a family. Then Smoke and Matt comes to Chug Water for Christmas and some medicine has been stolen that the town needed Smoke ,Matt and Duff goes after it and the bad guys. A true western for Christmas!
I recently discovered this series a few days ago and can’t stop burning through them. A definite must for anyone who loves westerns and wants to get into the spirit of the season!
