Smoke Jensen, Matt Jensen, Falcon and Duff MacCallister - together for the first time

They just wanted to get home for Christmas...but fate had other plans.

It's December 1890. A Texas rancher named Big Jim Conyers has a deal with Scottish-born, Wyoming cattleman named Duff MacCallister. Along with Smoke and Matt Jensen, the party bears down on Dodge, Kansas, to make a cattle drive back to Forth Worth. But before they can get out of Dodge, guns go off and a rich man's son is killed.

Soon the drive turns into a deadly pursuit, then a staggering series of clashes with bloodthirsty Indians and trigger-happy rustlers. And the worst is yet to come - the party rides into a devastating blizzard, a storm so fierce that their very survival is at stake.

From America's greatest Western author, here is an epic tale of the unforgiving American frontier and how, amidst fierce storms of man and nature, miracles can still happen.

Performed by Terence Aselford, Kimberly Gilbert, Thomas Keegan, Nanette Savard, James Lewis, Lily Beacon, Tim Getman, Drew Kopas, Tim Carlin, Elizabeth Jernigan, David Coyne, Richard Rohan, Steven Carpenter, James Keegan, James Konicek, Karen Novak, Ken Jackson, Christopher Graybill, Joe Brack, Thomas Penny, Eric Messner, Mort Shelby, Christopher Scheeren, Dylan Lynch, Michael John Casey, Johann Dettweiler.

So Delightful

Enough Drama to keep the Shoot em up member of your crew happy without the gorge. Super mystery on multiple levels and for a Smoke Jensen fan ties up some loose ends.
A great listen.

a worthwhile Christmas story

This story is mostly a rough and tumble western. But so are we. but the good guys prevail, and we get a glimpse of the happy ever after. I'm not used to that from other authors. Thanks Bill, William

All my favorite characters on Christmas.

I loved this story. All my favorite characters in one book. Smoke and Sally, Matt Jensen, Duff and Falcon MacCallester. I was nice to see the kids introduction of Becky and the story of Tom Whitman and a front story on Big Ben Coniger.
Really good book.

Christmas series

This is a great book. This is one of my favorite books so far. In this book you have Smoke , Matt , Duff and Falcon. There hearding cattle to live oak ranch in Texas. Big Jim's ranch. Also Janie Is in this book. Smoke's sister I haven't heard from her in a long time. Everyone thought she was Dead. Rebecca Big Jim's Daughter ends up being Janie's daughter. Smoke finds out about her. The cattle drive was exciting. I'm not a big fan of these dramatized books I like the unabridged books with one narriater. But this was good and I will be getting more. The characters just like a good old Western movie. The dramatization was great!

What a great Western story with lots of adventure and fun dialogue. The actors were such a great addition. And the surprising encounter at the end made it truly a grand Christmas story.

Sweet Historical Romance

This was a very unusual story! I enjoyed it, but I've never listened to, or read any other book like it!
The narration was very good, but I did not enjoy all the sound effects! Every panting, running, jumping man made me laugh because it was so bizarre. Every kiss or hug sounded like kids pretending to kiss. It was ridiculous sounding! But I loved all the different voices and how authentic they sounded.
