Solid advice.

As someone who has seen others, and has been myself in, difficult professional situations —I can affirm that the advice here is appropriate and worth following. Although it is a bit general, it is a great level of detail for someone looking to start answering "How can I understand my situation?" or "Is this normal?".

Also, great voice over. (sometimes voices make audio books hard to follow, but this one is non-distracting and allows for listening all the way through during a long flight or drive).
