I'm glad that this book gives good and practical advises how to resist manipulators. You will be learning that one of the best ways to harden yourself against manipulators is to put up good defense, that is having self-awareness and boosting your self-esteem. Great book to get an overall insight about body analysis, but lacks detail. Felt like I was reading a law brief. Good read for people wanting a starting point on how to analyze people. Easy reading. Makes a good summer read. However, if your serious about this subject, there are more detailed books available on Amazon. I was expecting to read more.
