Would recommend. very helpful book

This has improved my daily life. The guided meditations are easy to follow and to be present with. The narrator's voice is calming and easy to relax to. I'm less anxious thanks to this book. Would recommend.

My new go-to guided meditaitons

Training my brain to automatically be mindful

I'd say this audiobook is a solid investment for your mental health especially if you are new to mindfulness. What's impressive is that even after multiple listens, I discover new layers of mindfulness. It seems so simple at first but what you learn from the meditations has lasting effects. The meds have helped me train my mind to automatically find mindfulness in almost all moments.
