It starts out pretty much like you would think, and the author obviously has the knowledge and savy in this area. Later it gets even deeper. Lots of good stuff in here, not just about buying something, but a good look at the dealing and methods overall. I recommend it, and if you take 1% of its knowledge with you, its more than worth it. Getting time for a second listen for me, which is when I can really study, rewind, and absorb the concepts better. Get it.
